This beautiful self catering holiday cottage in Topsham provides cosy accommodation for up to 4 people. It has been, recently refurbished and is immaculately presented.

The cottage is a couple of minutes walk from Topsham quayside with it's pubs and restaurants and antique shops. This self catering cottage provides the perfect retreat simply relax or to explore Topsham and the local area.

To the front of the cottage is a small cottage garden leading up to the front door.

The cottage has a modern fitted kitchen which includes an integrated fridge / freezer and dishwasher as well as the usual cooking facilities for self catering. There is a dining table and chairs with a high chair is available on request.

There is a small outhouse to the rear of the cottage housing a washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1

Bedroom 1 is a light and airy room with a sash window overlooking the garden.

It contains a double bed and chest of drawers. There is also an under-stairs cupboard with hanging space, for all those extra clothes we always bring on holiday. Room Dimensions: 3.6m (11'10") x 3.3m (10'10")

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is on the third floor of the cottage and has a large window overlooking the garden. It has 2 single beds and would be suitable for adults or children. There is a chest of drawers for storage. Exposed beams and spot-lamps to ceiling. A cot is available on request. Room Dimensions: 3.1m (10'2") max x 3.8m (12'6")

Bathroom
The bathroom comprises of a modern white suite with bath and shower over. There is a vanity unit with inset wash hand basin, low level W/C, vinyl flooring and heated towel rail.
