  Pebbles Apartment - Booking Terms & Rental Condtions  
  Bookings
Bookings are accepted in writing, via email, ebay  confirmation or telephone.  The property will be provisionally booked for a
maximum of 5 working days until the Deposit is received together with a completed Booking Form whereupon the booking will be confirmed.  Provisional reservations will automatically be cancelled after the five days has expired without further contact. 

Payments
A refundable Deposit* of £175 will secure your booking.  Once booking is confirmed, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday shown on the invoice. The full balance must be paid
no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.   For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full cost of the holiday together with the deposit is due immediately to secure booking.  No reminders are sent.

* The refundable Deposit is subject to the terms and conditions being adhered to and the property being taken good care of.  Subject to these terms and after inspection of the premises, your full deposit will be refunded to you.

Cancellations
Cancellation notices must be made in writing and received
no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday to receive back your deposit and payment if applicable.  A £25 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit for cancellation and re-advertising fees.  Please note that additional premiums, such as for a pet, will be non-refundable under any circumstances. 

Cancellations made after 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday will incur the non-refund of your deposit.  If you cancel your holiday less than 6 weeks prior to your stay, the non-refund of your deposit together with 50% of your total holiday cost will be payable to us as it is unlikely that the property will be able to be re-let on such short notice. 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, through no fault of your own, a full refund will be issued.

Booking Alterations
Alterations of a confirmed holiday booking cannot usually be made, however, it is a possibility that your booking may be transferred to the required week(s) if available at an administration cost of £25
 

Hirer’s Obligations
Under the Terms and Conditions, the Hirer agrees:

i)          To pay for any damage, however caused

ii)         To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition.  If the property is left excessively dirty or untidy, a £15 cleaning surcharge will become payable and deducted from the deposit.

iii)         Not to let the property be occupied by more than the maximum number of guests permitted

iv)         Not to allow pets in the property unattended at any time

v)          Not to cause nuisance or annoyance

vi)         To allow the Owner access in an emergency without gaining prior consent

Party Booking
The person named Head of the Party on the Booking Form will be responsible for all members of the party and will ensure that they are fully aware of the Terms and Conditions.  Failure to comply with these will result in no monies being refunded.  Bookings will not be accepted from anyone under 18 years of age.  The number of persons occupying the property must strictly never exceed 5 (five) unless otherwise agreed by the Owner ie for Babies/Toddlers.

Pets
Small, well-behaved, house-trained pet(s) are only permitted with prior consent from the Owner.  A Pet Supplement Charge of £20 per animal is payable with the Deposit payment.  Pets must never be left unattended in the property, kept off furnishings and fittings and be under control at all times.  Fouling of the surrounding area must be cleaned at all times.

Letting Times
The accommodation is available from 2.30pm on arrival day.  If you will be arriving after 5.30pm, please advise the Owner accordingly.  The premises must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.  Keys are to be left in the property on departure and the Hirer must ensure the property is secure before leaving.

Liability
The Owner will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the property of the Hirer or any member of his/her party (including pets, vehicles etc).
