fisherman's cottage which is centrally situated in Teignmouth, it is
a short walk away from the towns sandy beach, Teignmouth Harbour and
the River Teign Estuary. It is well situated for local amenities in

returning from the beach or for watching the television when the
British weather is not so kind.

Double panel glass doors open out from the lounge into the dining
room which looks out over the small attractive courtyard. There is a
table and chairs to seat 4 people, providing comfortable dining
within easy access of the kitchen.

The recently refurbished fully fitted kitchen has a cooker,
air extraction hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. With a door leading
out to the small courtyard.

Courtyard
This small attractive courtyard provides and ideal place for outside
relaxation or somewhere to dry washing and towels overnight
after a visit to the beach.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom comprises of a double bed and built in wardrobes,
which provide plenty of storage space during your stay. There is
also an armchair situated in the window alcove for an early evening
read or for just watching the world go by.
Bedroom 2
This second smaller bedroom is suitable for children and consists of
two single beds and built in wardrobe accommodation.
Bathroom

The large bathroom has recently been completely refurbished &
decorated with a new bathroom suite and wooden flooring. The
bathroom comprises of; a corner bath, electric power shower with
glass screen, heated towel rail and obscured glass opening UPVC
window.
