The entrance lobby of this beautiful self catering cottage opens
into a cosy lounge which has two large
leather sofas, wide-screen TV with SKY satellite, video, CD hi-fi
and an open fire.
The dining area has antique table, chairs and benches, as well as a
mahogany desk placed under the stair recess. The wood-burning stove
is flanked on both sides by china cupboards and bookshelves.
French doors lead out to a small, open courtyard with an outside
privy! Both rooms have wooden floors and dimmed wall lighting.
 Kitchen
Well-equipped and with a range of units including: ‘Shaker’-style
units (wall cupboards and drawers), electric hob and oven (inset
into laminate work-surfaces), microwave, dishwasher, fridge and
washing machine. Tiled splashbacks and floor.
Stairs & Landing
Stairs to first floor from the entrance lobby. Landing with two
windows with village views.
Bedroom 1
Twin room with two 3’single beds, a large wardrobe, fireplace with a
wooden mantelpiece and wooden floors.

Double room has a 4’6” bed, wardrobe, fireplace with wooden
mantelpiece and en suite shower room with shower, a pedestal
wash-hand basin and w.c (the is also the slightest of sea views from
the bedroom window).
All duvets and pillows provided, holidaymakers will need to bring
their own bed linen and towels.
Bathroom
In addition to the en suite there is a first floor family bathroom
with a painted pine panelled bath, pedestal washbasin and w.c. Linen
cupboard with hot tank-, immersion heater and cold-water tank
located in bathroom.
Parking
Ample parking is available nearby and in the village.
