 Brook Cottage is a quaint Victorian period property in the "old
town" of Dawlish, South Devon. Built in the second half of the 19th
century, Brook Cottage has been completely refurbished to a very
high standard and offers
comfortable self catering accommodation for 4 people and is
available for holiday rentals all year round.
Short breaks are also catered for and the property is always popular with

 The beamed kitchen/diner is fully equipped with all those "mod cons"
to make your holiday just that little bit easier. A stable door from
the kitchen leads out on to an enclosed patio garden, at the rear of
the cottage, where the morning sun can be enjoyed.
And there is, of course, a large selection of games, puzzles and
books, as well as videos, to enjoy should there be an inclement day!
The easy level walk to the "front" with it's long beach, takes you
along the town's babbling brook and through the lovely gardens of
The Lawn.
